THE ASK
Apple Store teams are short on time. In addition to their tasks on and off the sales floor, they must find time in their hourly schedules to learn about upcoming products and campaigns.
THE IDEA
To help them stay updated on anything and everything coming out of Apple Park, we developed “Behind the Design,” Apple Retail’s first joint podcast with its iconic Industrial Design team. Each episode aimed to give them (and customers), in 10 minutes or less, an inside look at the development of an upcoming product release. Each episode was published alongside an exclusive Q&A with the team behind the work.
