THE ASK
In 2016, Aetna approached us to help amplify the 30 days of mindfulness tips they created on Tumblr as part of their “Take a Moment” campaign promoting mindfulness.

THE IDEA
Mindfulness requires you to notice how you react to certain thoughts or situations and respond accordingly. But what if your brain could communicate with you first? We decided to test Tumblr’s notoriously “Internet” audience by creating personified text exchanges of common anxious thought patterns to find out.
